The programme is available in two duration modes: 6 months 9 months

There are no formal requirements for specific prior qualifications or levels of attainment. However, if you have not already achieved a level 2 qualification in English and/or maths, you will normally be expected to take a GCSE or Level 2 Functional Skills qualification alongside this Diploma in order to support your progression to higher education OR;

⇾ The Legal System ⇾ Law of Contract ⇾ Law of Tort ⇾ Criminal Law ⇾ Personal Skills for Law

The assessment is done via submission of assignment. There are no written exams.

The fee for the programme is as follows:

6 months - GBP £1299.00

● Payment option (a): GBP £433 x 3 monthly instalments ● Payment option (b): GBP £1234 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

● Payment option (c): GBP £199 x 5 monthly instalments ● Payment option (d): GBP £499 x 2 quarterly instalments ● Payment option (e): GBP £949 x 1 instalment (We offer 5% bursary on total fee for students opting to pay in full)

The programme is awarded by British Awarding Association (BAA) - an awarding body by the UK Government’s regulator - OfQual. The programme is delivered in partnership with London School of Business and Research.
