Level 6 Diploma in Management
The aim of this diploma is to enable the learner to understand theories of leadership and management and how to use leadership and management skills to improve motivation and performance.Also to develop the skills required to produce a research question and carry out independent research using appropriate research techniques.

Level 5 diploma or GCE/GCSE or equivalent overseas qualification OR; 5 years work experience

The assessment is done via submission of assignment. There are no written exams.
